Gabriel Kahane is a legacy of his father Jeffrey Kahane, a well known concert pianist and conductor. Kahane was born in Los Angeles but raised on the East Coast and now living in New York City.
The Ambassador is out on June 3, 2014 via Sony Music Masterworks. The album was co-produced by Kahane and long-time collaborators Casey Foubert (Sufjan Stevens), Matt Johnson (St. Vincent), and Rob Moose (Bon Iver).
